    Default MALWARE ... can't access AV & Malware Detection Sites

    Please advise ...
    * can't access AV & Malware Detection Sites and related fora
    * cannot boot on safe mode
    * can't reinstall any AV software
    * cannot run task manager, cmd command or msconfig
    * can run/install spybot
