Does Spybot remove a trojan horse?

Spybot-S&D searches for spyware, malware, adware, trojans, hijackers and keyloggers.

New Trojans are frequently released by malware authors, do you have a particular one in mind?

VB.VJE is what it is called. I noticed today that 15 of them were caught! All today and yesterday. Is there some way I can find out how they got here?

A log may show the path of infection when it is active but if the malware has already been successfully removed it's hard to say.
