Default Spy-bot -SD Resident Auto Shutdown in WIndows 7

    This is extremly anoying.
Since I upgraded my pc to WIndows 7 the Resident (live protection) just shuts itself down for no reason some times or doesn't even show up after a fresh PC power up once in a while.
My PC has Ad-aware and AVG installed as well. They co-lived for years on my WIndows 2000, Windows XP and WINdows Vista machines. Now only this WIndows 7 is having this trouble.
Anybody has any idea how to fix it?
(by the way, on AVG and Ad-aware's log, they didn't show any trace about disabling spy-bot resident protection.

    Thanks!

    Default More Logs

Ok, here are some Windows log associated with spy-bot:

Faulting application name: TeaTimer.exe, version: 1.6.6.32, time stamp: 0x2a425e19
Faulting module name: KERNELBASE.dll, version: 6.1.7600.16385, time stamp: 0x4a5bdbdf
    Exception code: 0x0eedfade
    Fault offset: 0x0000b727
    Faulting process id: 0xf3c
    Faulting application start time: 0x01cac58d68246260
    Faulting application path: C:\Program Files (x86)\Spybot - Search & Destroy\TeaTimer.exe
    Faulting module path: C:\Windows\syswow64\KERNELBASE.dll

It used to work well on my Vista OS. If I can not get this resolved, I may need to disable it.

It seems nobody knows how to fix this problem.
It happens today again while the PC is freshly restarted the Tea Timer just didn't starup by itself.
I have no other choices but disabling Tea Timer resident protection.

    Hello,

And you have checked the checkbox in front of TeaTimer?
Please open your Spybot with a right click and choose "run as admin".
Then go into Spybot - Mode - Advanced Mode - Tools - Resident.
Now check the following: Resident "TeaTimer" (Protection of over-all system settings) Active.

    Best regards
