Can't use MSN,IE,Google Chrome,can't uninstall or update Spybot. Help!

Hello everyone
I'm having a whole bunch of problems.
I recently installed Spybot and run a complete scan of the system.
I don't know what happened next,but right now i can't login msn,and i can't use Internet Explorer or Google Chrome (connection refused),but still can use Firefox which is my main browser.
Also,i tried to update Spybot without success (it said it was already updated),running another scan (it asked me to update),unistall it (missing uninstall file),or even download another copy of spybot (error sending request)
I need help to fix all this mess up,since i'm not a computer expert at all!
