Please Help

I have a virus that redirects me on google, causes my computer to freeze or randomly restart. I had avira now i have avast. Niether found the problem. when i try to use spybot my computer cpu usage goes up to 100% and freezes, the last time it froze i wrote down the file it was scanning, it was Dropper 4 maximus. Also I have tried to use spybot in safe mode and it still freezes.
