Problems with Belarusskiy language update.

Problems with the following update:

Bad checksum are being received from all nine (9) update mirrors.

The Spybot 1.4 spybotsd.ini file (http://www.safer-networking.org/updates/spybotsd.ini) indicates that the lang.belarusskiy.zip file should have a "Checksum=82013835B1CDF19CA5D8BF23F2623C33":
