"virtumonde.sdn" string in status menu?

When Spybot is checking the system the status window has the words "virtumonde.sdn" at the bottom. However, when it is done it does not indicate I have the virus "virtumonde.sdn"

What does that mean?

The names in the status line during scanning is what SpyBot Search & Destroy is checking for at the time, not what it found. If you watch the status line all during a scan, you will see that the name changes rather quickly at first.

When it gets to the virtumonde family, the name changes rather slowly but the number continues to increment upwards as there are many varients by the same name.
