run as admin win7pro

help I tried to follow the suggested fix but when i right clicked it does not give me the run as admin option. I cant fully imunize and a bunch of other things keep giving me the message not allowed.

Hello,

Please rightclick the Spybot icon, select Properties, Compatibility Tab, and under Privilege level, checkmark "Run this program as an administrator", then click Apply, and OK.
