Need help with my comps shortcuts please

im not sure what i did but a few weeks ago almost all shortcuts i try to click on (for example webcam) say that the shortcut cannot be located wold you like to delete this shortcut. but if im on a program like skype my webcam work. how can i fix this. it is super annoying and i dont have the computer skilss to go in and find it. thank you so much if you can help.

I presume you are referring to Desktop Icon shortcuts?
It would be helpful to know what Operating System you are running.
It might also help to know which short-cuts do work and which do not.
