    Default Win32.AutoRun.tmp cannot fix

Am trying to get rid of Win32.AutoRun.tmp..i used "Spybot -SD Resident" everytime a click on the "fix selected problem" it says "this action may not be perform completely since you are not an adminstrator" my account is Adminstrator. My computer is veeeery slooow [can take 15 min to an hour] to start up so am wondering if this malware or what you called it, is a problem. Please Help..thank you in advance

"On Windows Vista and Windows 7, Spybot-S&D might tell you that you are not authorized to perform some actions, since they require Administrator rights. You can solve this problem as follows:

    1. Right-click the Spybot - Search & Destroy entry in your start menu, instead of just left-clicking to start it.
    2. Choose Run as administrator from the context menu."

    From our FAQ here: http://www.safer-networking.org/en/faq/42.html

There is also a screen shot which should help.

This can be caused by non malware issues, for instance many programs trying to load at startup and/or low memory available.

Please list the security programs you have installed and let us know how the computer is running in general.

    Best regards.

    Hi Cassius,

Please could you check to see if your operating system's native firewall is disabled now you have a third party firewall installed.

    Cheers.

Rule of thumb is one firewall/one anti virus program resident to avoid conflicts, loss of program efficiency and system lock up due to both software products attempting to access the same file at the same time.

Having more than one AV and Firewall resident can cause system performance problems and a serious system slowdown.
