    Hi,

    So it could be hard drive thing then. If you have another system, you could plug this drive as slave to other system and backup important stuff. Then reformat the drive.

    i have my laptop, but I wouldn't know how to do that.

    Hi,

    To get access to hard drive with laptop you'd need to get external enclosure with usb interface to plug hard drive in. However, to me it looks this should be better dealt by taking the computer to a shop and let them do backuping. Things are namely getting too difficult to take care of via forum.
