I can't remove Win.AutoRun.tmp; Freezing Up Taskbar and Not Opening Startup Programs

On an additional note, when I try to start my computer normally, all it shows is a black screen and my cursor - no taskbar, wallpaper, etc.

What I would like you to do is post in this windows forum , this is most likely a windows issue. You can link them to this thread if you wish as all us forums work together and they can see what we have done so far. Once they get you up and running post back and we can look deeper into your system if you feel your still infected.
