    Default Possible Hijack Victim

while looking for a solution to my IE8 failing to work with an add-on from FastAccess, I found a forum which said this was due to a hijacking as the user had removed his McAfee Security. I have also removed my McAfee Security software.

My version of Windows 7 has facial recognition software from Sensible Vision Inc. It will save log ins for web sites and log you in by scanning your face. One day it was working fine, the next IE8 stopped working. I found that if I dissabled the add-on, SSOIEAddonBHO Class from Sensible Vision Inc, IE8 would work again.

I'm now running a beta of IE9. Same problem persits.

I looked for a solution in your forums and found something similar which mentioned a similar add-on. The user was asked to run a scan using OTL.exe and send the results to the forum. I followed this advice and so have the two sets of results to send.

    Hello trenelly,

Please see the forum sticky which also includes instructions for posting a preliminary DDS log in post #2. "BEFORE you POST"(READ this Procedure BEFORE Requesting Assistance)

Then start a new topic, copy paste the DDS log into it and a volunteer analyst will advise you when available.

    Best regards.
