Things seem to be running a lot better. Should I put those files in the recycling bin or a folder to see if anything happens?

Well, since there not malware related I would just leave them be. If you want to delete them I guess you can, just leave them in the Recycle Bin for a few days in case a program needs them and they can be restored.

Open OTL and click on Clean Up and it will remove programs we used to clean your system along with there backups

Thanks for all of your help. Is it not good to keep the programs on my hard drive?

    Hi,

Combofix is not a general all purpose cleaning tool, it needs to be run under supervision by a trained malware helper, it will not run correctly in a few days anyway and can be redownloaded as needed when instructed to.

Malwarebytes is the free version and yours to keep, open in, check for updates and run the Quick scan about once a week removing what it finds

OTL is updated on a regular basis and if needed in the future can be redownloaded to the newer version.

So go ahead and open OTL and click on Cleanup
