This is results after running Hijack this. Do you see anything that stands out. I have an issue, when I go open my browser, it pauses for about 5 to 10 seconds before pulling up the web page. This is only on open, after open it is fine.

If the computer is showing signs of being infected start a new topic and a volunteer analyst will advise you when available.
