Sorry, I posted a bit too fast there...
Yes, the new installer now gets past the error of the missing DLL but now a new error is occurring! Here is the new error message:
"The procedure entry point DecodePointer could not be located in the dynamic link library KERNEL32.DLL"
I am running a US version of Windows 2000.
yes, I too am getting another error, different than before... same dll issue but different language... this seems very strange....
I tried installing FileAlyzer2 on my Windows7 PC and it gives an error about pcrelib being a bad image! Does FileAlyzer2 run on anything?
I downloaded the new installer today and got the same error with Windows 7 SP1 "pcrelib.dll is either not designed to run on Windows or it contains an error"
I used previous versions to restore the folder and reverted back to version 2.0.0
It works fine, but I would really like to install the newer version.
OK, I understand you are no longer going to support Windows 2000 for FileAlyzer but that should be stated somewhere so folks know which systems it will work on. However, there still seems to be a problem w/ it on Windows 7. Can you take a look into that problem? (I am running Windows 7 SP1)

Hi,
we are now working on a fixed installer, which should be available by next week as we are currently concentrating on the beta release of Spybot 2.0. If you are interested in a pre-release version please download the zip file attached to this post. Please replace the pcrelib.dll in your FileAlyzer folder with the one attached.

OK, no worries ... just wanted to make sure someone realized there is still a problem w/ FileAlyzer 2 on Windows 7 SP1.
