Need Help - the Spybot program and websites have been disabled on my computer

I would deny the change. Babylon appears to be a translation program

Download CKScanner by askey127 from Here & save it to your Desktop.

• Doubleclick CKScanner.exe then click Search For Files
• When the cursor hourglass disappears, click Save List To File
• A message box will verify the file saved
• Double-click the CKFiles.txt icon on your desktop then copy/paste the contents in your next reply

I downloaed the program to the desktop. When I doubleclick it I get the message "C:\documents and Settings\Owner\Desktop\CKScanner.exe is not a valid Win32 application...

Any ideas?

Open Malwarebytes, check for updates and run the Quick Scan and post the log

I chose run instead of save and it worked... or seems to be. I'll send the txt when I get it.
