questions and a bug (?)

After a fresh system install i needed spybot and noticed the beta, so took that one.
few questions.
is it save to run both spybot versions? or should i just keep it with the beta or the stable alone?
I know a lot of ppl don't like sweetim but i happen to like it, i can not find a way to exclude the program from search, it's not in that exclude list provided in the program and i can't seem to add it manualy, how to go about that?

is above correct? i would think that i should see 32 lvl 5 threads i that window?
