    Default Scanner Service?

    Is there a way (other than uninstallation of SBS&D or disabling the service in Windows Services) to prevent the Scanner Service, SDFSSvc.exe, from running everytime I open a browser?

    Actually, no, that does not do it. I have set all SBS&D services to manual because I do not wish to have any running at startup.

    I found one needs to go to Settings>Browsers and uncheck the boxes for each browser.
