Hello,

You're right, you did not visit those sites.
By the immunization of Spybot - Search & Destroy the baddies are blocked.
That means that the sites where the baddies come from are added to the restricted zones in order to block them.

So, this concludes that nothing to worry about, right? Spybot S&D on my computer's normally working, right?

That's correct.

The DNS Cache is actually populated from the HOSTS file, not from the Restricted Sites zone.
