FileAlyzer ini setting to prevent attempted internet access?

Greetings.
I just found/started using FileAlyzer.
I launch FA from the XP context menu of freeware file explorers.
Every time FA launches, FA attempts to access the internet.
I would like to disable FA automatic internet access attempts.
I have my firewall configured to block FA internet access attempts
but would like to disable FA automatic internet access attempts.

I have not found any way to do that in the FA GUI.
The FA ini file is blank, but maybe some sort of disable FA automatic internet access attempts
could be entered in the ini?

I would also like to keep FileAlyzer from creating the "TagsRevisited"
subdirectory in My Documents every time FA launches ...
