Need help! Winrcmde stopped working

Hello,

I'm new here.

This week, I kept getting the message "winrscmde has stopped working". Since norton didnt do anything and my computer keep crashing, I restore it back to the factory condition without thinking much since it should fix anything. But, after a while that message pops up again. Is it a virus? Or am I screw? What should I do?

Someone would need to take a look at the system in order to advise.

Please see the forum sticky which includes instructions in post #2 on how to provide the preliminary "DDS" logs which are used for analysis.

Then start a new topic providing those logs and a volunteer analyst will advise you when available.
