    Hello,

Spybot - S&D 2.0 has now a fully automated update process.
There are no more manual weekly updates required like in older versions.

    Hello,

    1. You can also take a look for the updates manually.
Please open the "Spybot-S&D Start Center" by double clicking.
Now activate the "Advanced User Mode" at the bottom by ticking the check-box.
Under "Advanced Tools" you will find "Update" which you can simply tick.
There you can run an "Integrity Check" and "Update".

If this still does not work please check if you have any update log.
    It should be stored here:

    C:\ProgramData\Spybot - Search & Destroy 2\Logs\Updates.log'' (or SDUpdate.log) - does that exist?

    Also check the scheduled tasks.
Click on the Spybot-S&D Start Center.
Then click on "Settings" and browse to the Schedule tab.

    2. I am sorry, but that seems to be another Sandra.

    Best regards
    Sandra
