Please help me to download

Hi

I have a windows 7 operating system

and I use Mozilla firefox



I am trying to download a whole page of lectures
unto my computer
they are media audio files

so that I can after wards download it on my Zune

so thatI could listen to it on my Zune

right now I can only download lecture by lecture individually
this is one of the links that I am trying to download
