Surf sidekick? and is spybot IE only?

I downloaded a newer version of Spybot recently, I see it now has IE incorporated into the title...does that mean it's useless if I use Firefox? I'm thinking naybe it is. Every time I scan I get something called surf sidekick. I remove it, but next time i scan it's still there.

How in blazes do I remove it?

I do not see where IE is incorporated into the title of Spybot.Could you explain further?

maybe not technically in the title, but it does say resident IE when you right click the icon in the taskbar. It makes it sound like it is for IE and not Firefox.
