    Default Scan Error

    Hi guys, my scans works fine but when I click on Fix Found I keep getting this message: 'An error occurred while trying to archive ..' Cannot create file' c - programs .. and it is always an MS Word file or Spybot Search & Destroy or some important program rather than the tracking cookies which show but I'm not sure what it does with those. Does anyone know what's going on please?
