W3i.IQ5Fraud- Administrator Questions

Hi All,

I keep getting a prompt to run Spybot as an administrator to eliminate the IQ5 Fraud that was detected on my computer. I've tried to run it as an administrator via the instructions on this site and STILL get the same prompt. I've re-booted my computer and have scanned it multiple times, but still get the same "run spybot elevated as an administrator" scan.

Any help would be awesome.
