Reporting a virus which has taken my personal information.

My daughter's computer was targeted by a virus, with some components which had to be physically removed. However, I'm worried that while I had the virus, its creator got personal information about my children and I. They could even been using the information to commit crime in my name or my daughter's.

So,
Who do I report it to?
How do I report it?
Also, are there any websites I can report it on?

They could even been using the information to commit crime in my name or my daughter's.

What leads you to believe that is a possibility? Which virus infected the machine and how was it cleaned?

Also, are there any websites I can report it on?

At this time it's not clear what you want to report. For instance if banking information was compromised one would call or go to the bank.
