I am a newbie, please help - is there a spybot shredder

I have just downloaded Spybot and run it ("Babylon" toolbar please die!) but I really wanted to use it to permanently delete some confidential folders on an external hard drive.

Clicked on the shortcut to open it up and cant see this functionality anywhere?

Can anyone help, cant find any tutorials etc.?

... and I should have added that I am looking to shred folders that have hundreds of subfolders with thousands of files in each so I cannot individually select the files when I am in "Secure Shredder" Mode
