Sybot S&D 2.0.9 RC1 Unstable
Hi! All,
I've run Spybot S&D 2.0.9 only to encounter major instability on my system. The system frequently freezes or crashes, Spybot cannot complete the Whitelist creation process and it causes the system to slow to a crawl the longer it runs.
Spybot S&D 2.0.9 RC1 is far from ready for the general public.

If you have been using Spybot S&D 2.0 throughout the entire beta testing process it is quite possible that the Whitelist may have been created in a previous version & simply left behind for the new version installation to use.
I've asked before that the ability to re-create/update this list be made available to us but I don't think anyone felt that this option was really needed/wanted.
I'm sure if enough people ask nicely for this feature Spybot's manufacturers' just might add it to the program.

Have you tried to delete the already created white-list?
You can delete the white-list file in the Spybot-S&D includes folder:
C:\Programs\Spybot - Search & Destroy 2\Includes\PosSystem.sbs

there is nofile called "PosSystem.sbs" into this directory. The only one, with simular name is a file called "PosOS.sbs" Does this means the same?
