Exclamation Spybot not detecting GOOGLE REDIRECT hack.

Occasionally, my google search results will redirect to a spam site, like doubleclick.net, some search engine I've never heard of, or some website that uses an octet-style address xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx.

Problem is, the latest updates in spybot are not detecting it.

I've researched the problem, but most people who have the problem are encouraged to download some other mysterious software which usually ends up not working.... Or, they post long logs that don't help solve the problem at all.

Anyone encounter this problem or know how to fix it? This is a work computer, so I don't want to do anything extreme.

    Thanks.
