Default Avira TR/Crypt.XPACK.Gen2 warning on Google Chrome startup

Everytime I open Google Chrome, Avira pops up saying:
    --------------
    Guard: Malware found

A virus or unwanted program 'TR/Crypt.XPACK.Gen2' was found in file 'C:\Windows\Temp\nxiaorgtcj\plugin.dll'.

Access to this file was denied.
    --------------

I have clicked the remove button everytime it popped up (e.g. everytime I started Google Chrome). I also installed Spybot Search & Destroy, updated it (2-8-2012) and ran it. It found a bunch of files which it was able to delete, but it also said some files were impossible to remove because they were still active. It offered me the option to restart and run Spybot on startup, which I did. But Avira still gives me the same messege.

I'm not a computer expert by any means, so....can you please help?

    Hello Contra,

In case you missed it please see the FAQ which includes guidelines for this forum and instructions in post #2 on how to provide the preliminary DDS/aswMBR logs used for analysis.

    http://forums.spybot.info/showthread.php?t=288

Then you'd need to start a new topic providing the logs requested so a volunteer analyst can advise you when available.

    Best regards.
