problem booting up

Ive been running s&d for a while now and all of sudden while booting up I get this message: Access Violation at address 5003630 in module rtl 150.blp read of address of 00000004
now I cant open spybot and it completely shut down Im not protected. here is my system information:windows xp media center edition service pack 2
hp pavilion amd athlon 64 processor 3800+ 978mhz 960mb of ram

Thank you very much for providing feedback towards our Spybot-S&D 2.0. RC 2.

Can you please check the date of the file by hand?
It should be located under:
C:\Program Files\Spybot - Search & Destroy 2

Did you uninstall older versions of Spybot-S&D before you downloaded the new RC 2?
Did you make a fresh system start after the installation?

I found the rtl150bpl file in the program files the date modified is 11/03/2010
about 3 weeks ago I had another message that told me to reinstall the program and I did but it didnt work then I saw on the forum that others had the same experience and they were advised to delete the files after the unistall I did that and it has been working fine until I ran a full scan and tried to reboot thats when I started getting this new message.
