internet explorer and yahoo messenger
Not sure if i am in the right forum
on some pages my internet explorer says it can't open and when i try to log into yahoo messenger i can't do so and when i test it i come up with the error component_type-WINNET VALUE 12169.
does anyone know what that error means.

Have you tried clearing cache and history from IE and do you have the latest version of Yahoo Messenger?

yes i have the lastest version but how do i clear my cache?
