I am getting a browser redirector bug that is sending me places I don't want to go. Frequently I see the BTS.SCOUR.COM listed.

None of the various security programs (including Spybot) is detecting it.
I have tried to manually remove the offending files and registry entries mentioned on two different websites but did not find what they say to delete.

Help please.

For someone to take a look at the system please start a topic in the Malware Removal Forum and a volunteer analyst will advise when available.

First see that forum's FAQ which also includes instructions in post #2 on how to provide DDS/aswMBR logs, which are the logs used in the preliminary analysis.
