smitfraudc problems

I appearantly downloaded and installed this trojan by mistake attached to a game I was trying out. Anywho, I ran Norton and it removed a bunch of stuff but left a bunch, I ran Spybot S&D and it found a bunch and removed most, what it didn't remove it said it would get on restart. I retarted and it did remove more, I ran it again and it found some other stuff and it removed that as well. My problem is ever since this started my computer is running SUPER SLOW. I did notice I have 6 svchost.exe running in my task manager window and my system idle will take up to 100% at times. Please help, I don't know what to do or how to do it, I need guidence. :(
