What is No admin ACL?

Hello, so I recently downloaded spybot and ran scans and 3 things pop up
File {00000005-00000000-00000000-00001102-00000002-80221102}.CDF
Registry Keys
Key LogonSoundPlayed HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Authentication\LogonUI\
Key Vol HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Security Center\Svc\

in details all of them say No admin ACL i'm just wondering if this is safe and if not what should I do?
I've tried searching on google nothing says if it's safe or not.
