Gf's ipod

I want to use this to spy on my GF's ipod yahoo messenger texts(or whatever) my question is, will is work from windows here if I get her to download it on her ipod. shes told me she can open emails and she has before.

Also I need to know will it slow down her Ipod which I don't want, and what should I say to convince her to download that, how will she just fall for it. will it download and silently set up the moment she opens the love letter i include the the keygen with?
