Need help removing ROCKET TAB icon and malware
Computer is HP Envy TouchSmart 15 Notebook PC, running Windows 8.1 64bit. I have this icon showing up in my systray everytime I reboot my computer. Right clicking on it only gives me the options to "open" or "exit". I only exit it as I am afraid it is some kind of malware. Spybot can't find it. Have tried several times. Also running Norton 360. It doesn't find it either. Guess it's some kind of adware, not sure as am computer illiterate.You have emailed me as to how to post this new thread under ticket #2014090413000499. Thread would not let me upload FRST file as it says it was too big. So sen it and scan log via separate email.
