OKITSPACE wishes to inform that your IP address will be part of an automated personal data called "LOGS".

The purpose of its creation and maintenance is the treatment of the data in order to (i) monitor and analyze the use of the SOFTWARE and for technical administration thereof, (ii) improve the SOFTWARE and (iii) generate and obtain useful data and information concerning the interests, characteristics and behavior of our users use.

The recipients of the information are members of OKITSPACE, group companies and third party content providers for the SOFTWARE.

The refusal to provide the requested use consent will result in the inability to use the SOFTWARE.

In any case, the user is entitled to exercise the rights of opposition, access, rectification and cancellation in applicable normative.

The data controller is OKITSPACE. To exercise the above rights, and for any clarification, you may write to OKITSHOP LLC, 501 Silverside Road, Suite 105, Willmington, DE 19809, US. Also you are expressly advised that when you install and run the SOFTWARE, OKITSPACE collects the following non-personally identifiable information ("Non-Personal Information"): (i) Installation Code ID, (ii) country, (iii) the date, (iv), offers displayed and (v) offers accepted by the user, which are collected for the same purpose as the IP.

Please use Windows Explorer or another file manager of your choice to locate and delete these files.

  • The file at "<$APPDATA>\okitspace\Firefox\chrome.manifest".
  • The file at "<$APPDATA>\okitspace\Firefox\install.rdf".
  • The file at "<$APPDATA>\okitspace\IE\OkitSpace.dll".
  • The file at "<$APPDATA>\okitspace\protect\files\OkitSpace.crx".
  • The file at "<$APPDATA>\okitspace\protect\files\OKitSpace.dll".
  • The file at "<$APPDATA>\okitspace\protect\files\OKitSpace.xpi".
  • The file at "<$APPDATA>\okitspace\protect\PluginProtect.exe".
  • The file at "<$APPDATA>\okitspace\uninstall.exe".

Make sure you set your file manager to display hidden and system files. If OKitSpace uses rootkit technologies, use the rootkit scanner integrated into Spybot-S&D 2.x or our Total Commander anti-rootkit plugins.
You will have to use a global search for files without a name specified. Be extra careful, because just the name might not be enough to identify files!

Important: There are more files that cannot be safely described in simple words. Please use Spybot-S&D to remove them.

Folders:

  • The directory at "<$APPDATA>\okitspace\Firefox".
  • The directory at "<$APPDATA>\okitspace\IE".
  • The directory at "<$APPDATA>\okitspace\protect".
  • The directory at "<$APPDATA>\okitspace".

Registry:

You can use regedit.exe (included in Windows) to locate and delete these registry entries.
  • Delete the registry value "UninstallString" at "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall\okitspace\".
If OKitSpace uses rootkit technologies, use our RegAlyzer, RootAlyzer or our Total Commander anti-rootkit plugins.
