Default Spybot "Fix" does not eliminate issues.

I am new hear and I confess I do not know if this is the proper place to ask my question but here it is.

When I run Spybot it shows several areas that need to be "FIXED."

So, I click on the "FIX" button and it appears the issues are resolved but the next time I run Spybot (even if this is done minutes later) the very same areas show up again needing to be "FIXED" but apparently no matter how many times I click on "FIX" the issues continue to reappear in what seems to be an unending cycle.

Below is a copy of the Spybot Log showing the issues in question.

How may I get rid of these issues once and for all?

    Thank you

On the good news front, everything in your logfile, except for the doubleclick cookie(which is a minimal threat),is either a usage track,or browser related(cache, cookies, etc.),and the usage tracks and browser related things aren't a threat.
This is a page explaining usage tracks:
    http://www.safer-networking.org/faq/usage-tracks/

It's normal for usage tracks to reappear in between scans as you use your computer, though they shouldn't all reappear if you scan again immediately. Is it always the same items showing,or are there less items showing when you scan again?

It is happy news that no serious threats appear in the log file.

The question remains, however, of why Spybot does not "Fix" doubleclick tracking cookie regardless of whether it is a minimal threat or not.

It would seem that if "the usage tracks and browser related things aren't a threat." that the Spybot Scan would not identify them as threats in need of a "Fix."

Usage tracks are scanned for by default. If you'd prefer not to scan for them, you can open Spybot Start Center, checkmark Advanced User Mode, click Settings, select the Categories tab,and somewhere within the window where you see malware detections listed, rightclick and select Spyware Scan Only.

The question remains, however, of why Spybot does not "Fix" doubleclick tracking cookie regardless of whether it is a minimal threat or not.
It could be that Spybot is unable to fix it in Chrome, for an unknown reason,or it could be that Spybot is unable to fix everything in your results list for an unknown reason, which I'm going to try to help you with, which may or may not be successful.Which is why I asked my question above:
It's normal for usage tracks to reappear in between scans as you use your computer, though they shouldn't all reappear if you scan again immediately. Is it always the same items showing,or are there less items showing when you scan again?
I know you said in your first post that the same items reappear, but the reason I asked my question is to doublecheck if it is the exact same items every time,so that I can then try to ask you the right questions that might possibly lead to a solution.
