Restored PC to factory settings - how to reinstall paid Home Edition of Spybot?

As the title says, I've just restored PC and need to download the paid for version of Spybot Home Edition with anti-virus. I've just been online and download the free version to keep protected until I can download the paid for one. Can someone please advise how I do it?
