Reporting problems but not fixing

I am on Windows NT SP4. Spybot keeps reporting the same two problems (see below). It says it fixed them, but then it reports them again and again.


Microsoft.WindowsSecurityCenter_disabled: Settings (Registry change, fixed)
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\wscsvc\Start!=W=2

Windows.ActiveDesktop: User settings (Registry change, fixed)
HKEY_USERS\S-1-5-21-198358228-527928863-167192953-26441\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\ActiveDesktop\NoHTMLWallPaper!=W=1

When I check my services, I do not see one for Windows Security Center. When I check the location in the registry (I know how to check but I don't know how to fix), I see (value not set) for Default and blank for Start.

When I check the registry for ActiveDesktop, I see (value not set) for Default and blank for NoHTMLWallPaper.

Ok, I figured out how to modify the registry manually to fix these problems. I reran Spybot and now the problems aren't reported. I'll keep my fingers crossed now that whatever caused the problems to begin with doesn't cause them again.
