spybot problem

hello im having mager problems i keep comming up with spybot exe has caused a illgel operation and needs to close everytime when i run the program i copyed and pasted some of the details SPYBOTSD caused an exception eedfadeH in module <unknown> at 0000:00000000. what do i do?

1) Operating System
2) List of security programs installed.
3) Any recent new software installs.
4) When did the problem start; for instance had you used the program previously without this error.
5) Open Spybot>Help>About
Let us know the version and latest detection update.
