Spybot stops running

When I run spybot, it stops when it gets to "Baciami". I seen an old thread with someone with the same problem but the thread was closed and the only answer was to re-install. I did that and I have the same problem. Any help would be appreciated.

Baciami is a rootkit.
Spybot-S&D is able to find rootkits but sometimes it is difficult to locate them because there are some hidden files.
To fix this problem there will be some innovations soon. But as a workaround you can try this:

Please download this testversion of blacklight:
https://europe.f-secure.com/blacklight/

With this version the hidden files will be located.
As next step you can rename them. These are ".exe" files where the program would add a ".ren" as ending.
After rebooting these files won't be active any more.
This should help to get into a normal scan with Spybot - Search and Destroy and to determinate the baddies.

But please be careful with the renaming! There might be files that your system needs to run properly.
As a security backup there will be created log files with wich you can cancel the action.

It would also help to know which files were found to adjust our detection rules for Baciami.
