    Default Spybot German error message

    I've been happily using spybot for over a year. Since yesterday when I try to open it I get an error message in German - something about some list exceeding 17 I think (I'm afraid I'm a monoglot). and It opens on some network page. If I try and run the find problems facility it pauses for about one sec and tells me I have no problems. How do I restore this v useful tool?

    "Listenindex überschreitet das Maximum (17)" perhaps? If so, the following thread may help:

    Problem solved thanks
    Puzzled as to how it occurred though - I'm a XP user and I hadn't loaded any updates when it occured.
