i excuse me for my poor english, but i'm italian and i haven't understand where i must open this topic

i've pop ups opening in my browsers (Firefox and IE) but, after i've scanned with spybot, it doesn't find anithing excepts two errors, like TANGO DIALER and another which changes at every scan.

what can i do?
