It would be nice if you could add a Pause button to the scanning interface.
Also, if you could make it so that checking the "Include Beta Updates" remains checked, after it has been checked before, that would be great.
Possibly add a progress bar that also displays a percentage of completion.

Many thanks for this wonderful program. It has saved my hide many times before and will most likely do so in the future
