    Default distorted screen graphics

    when a registry change is attempted...spybot responds with a pop up requiring a choice.... "allow" or "disallow"...... the choice boxes are not completly visable.... I am only responding from memory.... this appeared with the release of 1.4..... I have attached a jpeg showing specifics....is there a fix??.....please advise
