    Default Cookies Detection

    Dear Forum,
I've installed new version 1.5.02 and I've noticed that during SB scanning no cookie is being detected, anymore.
Using prior program version (1.4) the scan report always listed 3-4 tracking cookies.
Am I to worry? What's changed with the new version?
    Thanks

Would you happen to use the Firefox browser?

    Dear Zenobia,
no, I'm using Internet Explorer 7. Even today's scan hasn't come out anything. I think this Spybot behaviour is suspicious... What do I have to do? Re-installing previous version?
    Thank you

    Niko70:

If you are running Spybot's SDHelper BHO (Browser Helper Object), it will prevent the storing of the same tracking cookies that the Spybot scan detects. The same was true in Spybot 1.4.

Also, if your browser is configured to block third party cookies than Spybot will not detect any tracking cookies.

Getting an answer is one thing, learning is another.

Thank you, MD. Now I've got it.
